Summary

Days 6 - 7

Day 6-

    Finally After a long train ride we arrived in Paris.  When we got there we started our tour of France.  First we saw the Opera House.  Then we walked to the Place Vendom, Rue de Sant Honore, Rue de Rivioli, the Gardens of Tuileris, and ended up outside of the Louvre.  After that we went to our Hotels to shower and dress.  Then we ate dinner we went on the Batau Parisien for a ride on the Seine River.  When we got back from our cruise, we went to the Eiffel Tower and rode  to the top to see the amazing view of Paris.  After that we went back to our hotel to get some sleep.

Day 7-

    Today we started our walking tour of Paris.  We visited the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Nôtre Dame Cathedral and visited the Eiffel Tower to take some pictures.  After the walking tour, we went to lunch and had some free time to shop around.  After lunch we went to the Louvre for two hours to see the Mona Lisa and many other famous art works.  After the Louvre we went to dinner and then we took a walk on the Champs Elysées.  Finally, we went back to the hotel for some rest.

Day 8-

    We left Paris and took a train under the English Channel to reach England.  The train was called the Chunnel.  When we got to England we visited Convert Gardens, where we ate lunch and had some free time.  After lunch we visited Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, Thames River, the Parliament building, Big Ben and the famous London Eye.  After seeing the sights we went to eat a fish and chips dinner and then went back to the hotel to sleep.

Day 9-

    Today was our last full day in Europe.  We spent the day visiting St. Paul's Cathedral, walking  through St. James Park and visiting  Buckingham Palace to see the changing of the guards.  We walked to Trafalgar Square to have free time for the rest of the day.  During our free time a bunch of us went to the Hard Rock Cafe.  We had a lot of fun there.  After the Hard Rock Cafe, we walked back to Convent Gardens to shop around and have more free time.  We went to dinner and had our last dinner in Europe.  After dinner we had a little more free time to shop, then finally we went back to our hotel to pack and get to bed.

Day 10-

    Sadly today we left Europe and took a seven hour plane ride and a three and a half hour bus ride home. It was sad leaving Europe and all the fun times I had there, but it was also good to be home and sleep in my own bed.  Europe has been such a learning experience along with a wonderful  time.  I will always remember this trip.
